Parker SciLog® NFF+ PF Automated NFF System with PUPSIT Capabilities

The SciLog® NFF+ PF is a fully automated normal flow filtration system designed for seamless integration into downstream bioprocesses. It supports EU GMP Annex 1 compliance for final fill and bulk applications while minimising user error through guided pre-use and post-use integrity testing (PUPSIT).

Automation monitors, adjusts, and records key parameters like pressure and flow rate, optimising processing times and maximising filter life. The system features recipe-based control, an intuitive touch-screen HMI, and optional integrated scales for precise filtration endpoints.

Fully GMP-compliant, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EudraLex Annex 11, it communicates in real-time with plant historians or can operate standalone. A redundant filtration variant is also available for processes requiring additional reliability.
