Fluor Flow®

Fluor Flow® hoses are engineered for high-performance fluid transfer, combining chemical resistance, durability, and cleanability. Designed for demanding applications, Fluor Flow® PTFE liners are available in two variants: Natural and Antistatic.

  • Natural  Fluor Flow Hose: Ideal for general-purpose use, this hose features a smooth inner PTFE surface to enhance flow rates and ease of cleaning, with a corrugated outer profile for flexibility. It is reinforced with high-tensile 304 stainless steel braid offering maximum protection against internal pressure and external abrasion. A stainless steel 316 braid is also available upon request for applications requiring superior resistance to corrosion.
  • Antistatic  Fluor Flow Hose: This liner is designed to prevent electrostatic discharge in critical applications. The AS grade is essential for handling twin or multi-phase media, colloidal fluids, and non-mixing media (powders in air or droplets in steam, gases or oil). These applications pose a significant risk for static charge generation.

Technical Data

TEMPERATURE LIMITATIONS

  • Usable from -70°C to +260°C
  • Note: Maximum working pressures are reduced at elevated temperatures above 150°C

VACUUM LIMITATIONS

  • The hose is usable at a vacuum up to -0.9 bar at 150°C
  • Vacuum resistance decreases by 1% for each degree above 150°C

MAXIMUM CONTINUOUS LENGTHS

  • 46 meters / 150 feet
  • Refer to the tables below for product-specific values
